Roswell resident Jenn Benson believes in the power of a holistic approach to wellness. Her experience with personal training clients over the past 20 years led her down a path to study behavior change, inclusive exercise, integrative nutrition and a National Board Certification in health and wellness coaching. That path also took her to Alloy Personal Training, which she opened in West Roswell in August of 2023.
Jenn’s professional fitness journey began when she left her medical sales role in 2010 and she launched Travel 2U Fitness, a traveling personal training and health consulting business.
Jenn wrote and published her first book in 2015. Dear Couch, We’re Through! offers practical tips, websites, apps, and "real life" suggestions to get you moving and on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
After owning and managing a 24-hour fitness studio in New York, a career opportunity for her husband sparked a move to Roswell in 2020. After a year of online coaching, Jenn connected with Rick Mayo, the founder of Alloy Personal Training. Jenn describes it as, “a small community that feels like family, truly customized with small groups that keep it effective, and let’s not forget, the FUN.”
“We could not be happier. We continue to grow and support our local community.” Jenn dedicates time and resources to raise money and awareness for Eternal Strength, a center for young adults aged 10-25 who struggle with mental health, suicidality, and substance abuse. Alloy recently held a benefit gala at Coastal Bar & Grill to support Eternal Strength’s mission.
Jenn lives in Roswell with her family. She enjoys hiking, boating, wake surfing, and walking her two dogs, Tucker and Rufus. She sprints for the Atlanta Track Club team and represents the USA in the Masters Division of Track and Field for women aged 40-44 indoor and outdoor track.
We continue to grow and support our local community.
