Seven years ago, Doodles Kitchen and Bakery was born inside the Gallipoli family home in New York. After relocating to Middle Tennessee, the husband and wife team, Charlie and Danielle, reestablished Doodles with take-and-bake meals and an assortment of baked goods, all prepared fresh with the best ingredients. The menu rotates weekly, with many staples available daily. Charlie and Danielle have backgrounds in the culinary arts and are incredibly passionate about bringing high-quality baked goods and meals to the community.
