A hush comes over the crowd as an enchanting voice, singing gentle Italian opera, fills the auditorium. Alice appears, followed quickly by the white rabbit and various Alice in Wonderland-inspired characters, all clad in sparkling, imaginative costumes that follow the storyline from the beloved classic. You’re instantly enthralled by this magical world where anything is possible.
Cirque Alice, an Acrobatic Adventure in Wonderland, has everything you’d expect from a world-class performance troupe. From Alice’s incredible voice to the dancers’ skilled pirouettes, contortionists, trapeze artists, balancing acts that defy physics, and impossible feats of strength, you’ll be swept into Wonderland, leaving reality behind. The ensemble has recently completed a trek across Australia and is now inspiring awe right here in the Biggest Little City.
Interspersed throughout the mind-boggling cirque acts is a mischievous magician, the Mad Hatter, who does close-up magic with plenty of audience interaction. He’ll have you laughing and guessing how he can pull off the tricks he performs. Better your chances to be pulled onstage by grabbing Down the Rabbit Hole VIP tickets with seating in sections located closest to the stage. You’ll feel like part of the performance as the troupe frequently mingles with the audience.
You may even get a little tipsy-topsy-turvy in the one-of-a-kind immersive tea party that is the VIP bar, the Rabbit Hole. Offering a menu of drink specials and snacks, the Rabbit Hole is open to VIP ticket holders before the show and has a picture-perfect atmosphere. It becomes available to all audience members as a speakeasy after the show concludes.
