A Nashville native with a deeply rooted knowledge of Middle Tennessee, Chelsea says this makes her an invaluable part of her client’s buying and selling experiences. “I’ve been here my whole life,” she explains, “Knowing the area so well definitely helps in my career. I love serving my community.” As Berkshire’s charity oversight committee co-chair, Chelsea says, “I’m always finding ways to serve the Middle Tennessee area.”
Chelsea, no stranger to hard work, is equally dedicated to her role as a mother and wife. She values her free time with her husband, Derek, and their two-year-old daughter, Beckham, and is now making room for a new little addition as Chelsea and Derek are expecting baby number two! For Chelsea, family is everything. She credits surrounding herself with her and her husband's families as one of the reasons for her success in real estate. She notes, “We have so much help with the kids, and that’s just another very big part of my career and the only reason I could do real estate...they are the reason I’ve succeeded.”

Chelsea appreciates the importance of presentation and understands the power behind dressing for success in her career. “I always like to present myself professionally...[clients] know that they’re working with someone that means business and is going to take care of them,” she explains.
