When Keith Jones Made to Measure debuted as a brand in 2015, Keith says, “It was the realization of a personal passion. I’ve always been inspired by timeless style, classic tailoring and a flawless fit. ... I believe that custom clothing is a perfect combination of the three. However, like most anything handmade, custom tailoring can represent a significant investment, so I made it my mission to find tailors I could work with directly in order to offer high quality, custom garments at an attainable price point.”
Creating a custom ensemble is much more than simply selecting a shirt or a pair of pants. “It’s an exciting, interactive experience putting together your own garment,” Keith says. “You can add touches like specific thread colors, an embroidered monogram, a company logo, custom linings—the possibilities are practically endless.” Keith often collaborates with a variety of talented artisans who create accessories to complete the look.
Greg and Isila Jimenez called Keith to create matching jackets for the grand opening of their business, Method Real Estate Advisors. “It was perfect for us,” Isila says, “because we don’t like to go shopping. Keith came to our house and made it easy for us to narrow down the choices.”
Her husband, Greg, is a repeat customer. He says, “I like that at Keith's prices, I can customize the way I want to. I can definitely tell the clothing is made for me because off-the-rack clothing doesn’t have such a personalized feel.”
Keith says that one of the most fulfilling aspects of his business is “helping clients who have always had to compromise on fit finally have something that fits perfectly and comfortably.” He adds, “I often notice an immediate confidence boost the first time they try on their custom garments. Sometimes they even stand and walk differently.”
A unique aspect of Keith’s services is his mobile business model, which allows him the flexibility to meet a client at their home or office at a time convenient for them. He can even assist clients online.
Over the last four years, the Made to Measure brand has steadily grown, boasting a local following as well as clientele in Atlanta, Chicago, New York and more. Keith Jones Made to Measure caters to both men and women and was voted one of the top local men’s clothiers by Cyber City’s Best in 2019.
