Melinda Purvis has been named Principal Broker and Vice President, bringing her deep operational expertise, strong agent relationships and a passion for excellence to the forefront of the company’s residential and commercial brokerage leadership. Melinda has earned a reputation for her integrity, calm leadership style and dedication to agent support, positioning her perfectly to lead the brokerage into its next chapter.
Caroline Otwell has been appointed Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy, where she will continue to lead the company’s multi-channel branding efforts and strategic marketing vision. Since joining the firm, Caroline has made a significant impact through innovative campaigns, digital transformation and brand consolidation across the residential, commercial and property management divisions.
These two leaders will join Kris Upton, Owner and CEO of RPM Group, Karen Upton, President of Coldwell Banker RPM Group, and Fred Perkins to form the Advisory Council that will guide the company’s strategic direction. This team brings a powerful combination of experience, creativity and clarity of vision to support agents and position the company for continued growth and long-term success.
