Beverage director Lainey Collum creates "free-spirited" cocktails to get your new year off to a great start.

"Dry January" is the practice of abstaining from alcohol for the entire month of January. 

In the spirit of this time of cleansing, Monkey's Tail has created beverages with flavors as bold and unique as a potent cocktail. These drinks are consistently in demand, so the well-loved bar's menu now includes them on a regular basis.
