Dude Food + Craft Beer

What’s better than good food and good beer? Enjoy both at Grainworks.

Cincinnati has become known for its breweries, but you don’t have to go Downtown for good craft beer and tasty bites. West Chester’s Grainworks Brewing Company features 20 taps, delectable food and a comfortable indoor and outdoor space for sipping a cold one. Blue Skies Hero Brew

+ Crisp with light caramel notes, an American Amber style ale, this beer is brewed as a patriotic partnership with Blue Skies for the Good Guys and Gals Warrior Foundation. 5.0% ABV, 19 IBU.

Lakota Thunderbird

+  Created to support the Lakota Schools Foundation ($1/pint sold in the taproom is donated), this malty red ale has a biscuity character balanced out by English and American hops. 5.1% ABV, 21 IBU.

Poundsign NoFilter

+ This New England IPA is loaded with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops which give it a mango, pineapple and tropical fruit flavor and aroma with a smooth and juicy finish. 7.2% ABV, 20 IBU.

Schauer Bier

+ German Pilsner-style lager, it’s crisp, clean and light, but still full-flavored. Everything you want in a beer you can enjoy anywhere! 4.7% ABV, 22 IBU.

Chicken Wings

+ Grist wings are beer-brined in craft beer from Grainworks, grilled, then deep-fried and tossed in their signature sauces.

Mozza Sticks

+ Breaded mozzarella sticks deep-fried and served with Mama’s Marinara for dipping.

Goetta Grip!

+ 1/4-pound Avril-Bleh Meats goetta patty, topped with a crispy potato cake, farm-fresh egg, melted cheddar cheese and served on a toasted everything bagel bun.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese

+ Three-cheese blend topped with slow-smoked pull pork, thick-sliced maple bacon and barbecue sauce, served on toasted sourdough bread.
