Tri Pointe Homes®, a recognized leader serving the Phoenix market for over 30 years under the name Maracay®, has started construction a new 27-acre neighborhood in the second phase of the Bella Vista Farms planned community in the San Tan Valley, southeast of Phoenix. Upon completion, Bella Vista Farms by Tri Pointe Homes is expected to include 72 new homesites.

“As we advance construction of our homesites at Bella Vista Farms, we’re thrilled to see Tri Pointe Homes continuing to play a role in the growth and vitality of the Southeast Valley,” said Tri Pointe Homes Arizona’s Division President James Attwood. “Our new home offerings will showcase the best of our design-driven approach, inviting homebuyers to discover the natural beauty and modern amenities that accompany their new personalized homes. Once complete, this vibrant community is expected to set a new standard for Arizona living where homeowners can thrive and cherish their spacious homes for years to come.”

Bella Vista Farms by Tri Pointe Homes is anticipated to include three unique floor plans for a variety of lifestyles: Aster, Dahlia and Holly. The new 50-foot-wide single-story homes are estimated to range from approximately 2,700 to 3,100 square feet with 4 to 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4 baths, bringing diverse appeal to an array of homebuyers. The Aster plan features flowing open concept design, expansive covered outdoor living and options such as an executive kitchen and large kitchen island or a spa bath in the primary bathroom. With a dedicated great room, game room and flex design® options that allow for maximum personalization, the Dahlia plan is perfect for entertaining. The Holly plan embodies form and function in the best ways from the dedicated office space, which can be turned into an optional fifth bedroom, and storage space right off the laundry room, which can also be changed to an optional powder room or drop zone, depending on a homebuyer’s needs.

Tri Pointe Homes builds high-performing homes with cost and environmental savings through its LivingSmart® program, which spans design and development to construction and the ongoing operation of its homes. New materials, technologies and features are constantly being incorporated into the program, which consists of HealthSmart®, EnergySmart®, EarthSmart®, WaterSmart® and HomeSmart®. Furthering its commitment to building healthier homes that contribute to the overall well-being of its homeowners, the Tri Pointe Homes Arizona team was recently honored with two prestigious awards from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for its 2023 LEED Homes Awards recognizing projects, developers and homebuilders that have demonstrated leadership in the residential green building marketplace.

Bella Vista Farms is anticipated to provide an abundance of alluring amenities including a 10-acre park, swimming pools and cabanas, multi-purpose fields, an additional linear park and more — all in close proximity to the San Tan Mountains. The planned community is well-located in the desirable Southeast Valley, offering easy access to major tech employment centers and plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Queen Creek.

With construction on Bella Vista Farms by Tri Pointe Homes already in progress, sales are expected to begin in early 2024. For more information and to join the interest list, please visit, please visit www.tripointehomes.com/az.
