Once again, Newman-Dailey Properties delivered with 3112 Sanctuary by the Sea in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, a spectacular four-bedroom condo that really captures the essence of refined beach living. As one of their many luxury rental properties, it blended elevated design with sweeping, panoramic views, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable stay.
Inside the condo, the decor is a sophisticated take on contemporary French country style, with a hint of contemporary and subtle beach-inspired accents. The palette blends warm neutrals with organic textures that evoke both European charm and seaside serenity. Every detail has been considered to create a space that feels elevated, yet comfortable, suited for quiet mornings and effortless entertaining.
Just beyond the main living space, expansive doors open to a generous balcony that serves as a true extension of the home. From here, panoramic views stretch across a tropical oasis below, with two sparkling pools, a tranquil hot tub and the endless ocean horizon. "Sanctuary by the Sea residential vacation rentals offer a unique way to experience 30A like a local. Guests are welcomed into a one-of-a-kind luxury residence overlooking one of the area's rare coastal dune lakes," says Tracy Louthain, marketing director for Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. "The coastal dune lakes are not only scenic but also offer a wealth of recreational activities. In addition, guests enjoy access to all the property amenities, including two pools, hot tubs, fire pit, fitness center and more. And while you feel tucked away in a pristine, quiet setting, you are just minutes from Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside."
The unit's media room is a stand-out, centered around an oversized, floor-level sofa, seating up to ten guests to stretch out in complete comfort.
The kitchen is equally impressive, outfitted with top-of-the-line Viking appliances. My guests and I enjoyed the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining area, where we prepared the fresh fish we caught during our charter fishing excursion. The team at Newman-Dailey thoughtfully arranged a private outing for us just minutes away, departing from Grayton Beach.
Early one morning, we all headed out in our sporty 50 SPF long-sleeve t-shirts courtesy of Crupi Legacy Fishing and met Captain Phil and Donna of Captain Phil’s Charters. We launched directly from the shore, heading out into the Gulf for several unforgettable hours on the water.
As a first-time angler, I was thrilled to land two fish on my very first attempt. Others each contributed by catching impressive grouper, which we were able to eat that evening and also keep for a future meal. By the end of the excursion, my friends and I returned to the condo with around 15 pounds of freshly caught grouper and red snapper, ready to be transformed into a memorable meal.
From the excitement of a memorable fishing charter to the unhurried pace of a few relaxing days on the beach, everything naturally flowed into the comfort of the condo, complete with a few well-earned mojitos along the way. A clear commitment to design excellence is evident throughout the residence, where statement lighting, custom upholstery and carefully curated artwork come together in a cohesive, intentional and undeniably sophisticated aesthetic. Every detail reflects a designer-level finish, making it immediately clear why Unit 3112 is proudly featured as one of Newman-Dailey’s luxury properties.
