What inspired you to create American Fitness Center, and how does the Roswell flagship reflect your larger vision?
AFC was born from a belief I’ve carried throughout my career: healthcare and fitness should never be separated. For too long, people have been forced to choose between treating illness and pursuing performance—when true health requires both working together seamlessly.
The Roswell flagship is full realization of that vision. I didn’t set out to build just another gym—but a performance-driven wellness ecosystem. This is a space where individuals can control their health in a strategic, comprehensive way. Every detail is intentional, designed to support longevity, vitality, and high-level performance at every stage of life.
Your background spans integrative medicine and performance training. How have your personal experiences shaped this venture?
My journey is deeply personal. I was born into a legacy of excellence—raised by two European bodybuilding champions—but I still had to go through my own transformation. There were times when I struggled with self-identity, confidence, and self-worth. That forced me to redefine what self-love and true alignment really mean.
Through that process, I evolved—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. I went on to become an undefeated teen bodybuilding champion in the Southeast four consecutive years, represented the US internationally, and ranked among top five in world in Men’s Classic Physique. My father and I also made history as the first father-son duo to compete in the same World Championship event.
But the real transformation wasn’t the accolades—it was the internal shift. What I learned is that the body, mind, and spirit must be developed together. Strength without self-awareness is incomplete. Intelligence without alignment is unstable. True health only exists when all three are in balance.
This philosophy became the foundation of everything. I developed what I call a lifestyle matrix—where body, mind, and spirit each hold equal weight. When one is neglected, the others suffer. But when fully integrated, that’s where clarity, confidence, and lasting transformation happen.
Even before I was born, that mindset was being shaped. Doctors told my parents they couldn’t have children due to medical complications. Instead of accepting that, they turned to natural medicine, discipline, and faith—and proved that diagnosis wrong. That belief in challenging limitations is part of who I am at my core.
Through natural medicine, I’ve seen how powerful root-cause, preventative care can be in changing someone’s future. Through performance training, I’ve seen how discipline can reshape not just the body, but a person’s identity.
Bringing those two worlds together isn't optional—it is essential. American Fitness Center represents that—where clinical precision meets performance science, allowing us not just to restore balance, but to elevate and unlock human potential.
There are many fitness and wellness concepts today. What makes yours truly different?
What sets us apart is simple—we focus on outcomes, not activities.
Most facilities offer workouts. We deliver full-body, life-changing transformations across all ages and backgrounds. What defines us is our ability to meet people where they are—and elevate them beyond what they thought was possible.
We’ve worked with a wide range of individuals, including amputees, bariatric clients, those living with Multiple Sclerosis, as well as quadriplegics, paraplegics, post-surgical patients, and stroke survivors. That experience allows us to create highly personalized, results-driven programs—in regaining mobility or reclaiming quality of life.
We operate at highest levels of performance. Our Master Elite Fitness Trainer, Ricky Moore, has trained world-class athletes, including preparing two-time Olympic gold medalist and four-time world champion Christian Taylor.
That range—from rehabilitation to elite performance is what makes our model powerful.
Everything we do is integrated and intentional—from advanced training protocols to recovery and personalized wellness strategies. I don’t believe in addressing isolated goals; I believe in developing the whole person. That level of precision is what drives real, measurable, and sustainable results.
We’ve been recognized as one of Georgia’s top health clubs and personal training studios for multiple consecutive years, but the real measure of success is the impact we create in people’s lives.
This isn’t about trends—it’s about setting a higher standard of health.
At the core of your work, what fuels your passion to help others transform their health?
What drives me is witnessing the moment someone realizes what they’re truly capable of.
There’s shifts that happens when a person begins to feel stronger, think clearer, and move with confidence. That transformation goes far beyond the physical—it changes how they show up in every area of their life.
I’ve always believed that potential without action is a missed opportunity. It’s difficult to watch someone have the tools to improve their life and not use them—especially when I know what’s possible for them.
A large part of my passion comes from helping individuals who feel like they’ve run out of options. Many come to me after exhausting traditional routes, searching for answers. Through integrative approaches, I’m able to help them restore function, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies—often without invasive procedures.
When someone feels that shift after just a few sessions—and realizes their body is capable of healing, it restores confidence and hope.
Being part of that breakthrough is everything. Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about fitness—it’s about helping people reclaim control of their health and unlock a higher version of themselves.
As you open this flagship location in Roswell, what legacy do you hope to build?
I’m focused on building a second home—an environment where people feel safe, supported, and trusted—not just for fitness, but for their long-term well-being.
Roswell is a vibrant, forward-thinking community, and it deserves a space that reflects that same level of intention and excellence. My vision is for American Fitness Center West Roswell to become a wellness cornerstone—an environment where health, performance, and connection come together naturally.
More than anything, I want people to feel something the moment they walk through the doors: a sense of empowerment and possibility.
The legacy I’m building is one of lasting impact—creating a place where individuals feel supported, challenged, and inspired—not just for a season, but for years to come.
