Resilient Retreat helps abuse survivors - domestic, sexual violence, and more - and professionals that witness trauma in the workplace, heal from the impacts of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit. They offer evidence-based programs free of charge, such as art therapy, neurofeedback, nutrition, meditation, yoga, and support groups. Programs are available in-person and online. Acting as trauma navigators, Resilient Retreat offers a Kind Line (941-343-0039) that is available Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, and helps those impacted by trauma. To help prevent trauma in our community, Resilient Retreat also conducts trainings on trauma and compassion fatigue for organizations on a sliding scale fee.
