Evereve - Fashion and Styling for Women

At Evereve, providing a personal shopping experience that caters to the customer’s lifestyle and body type is what sets it apart from other retailers. Giving that extra one-on-one shopping experience is an unprecedented concept in this self-serve era.

“We give the customer that personal shopping experience, and we're not on commission,” says Jodie Rodriguez, store manager. “It's about connecting with the customer so that we can learn about their lifestyle and they feel comfortable to talk to us about their body types and needs.”

The inventory in the store ranges from casual pants, on-trend jeans, T-shirts and kimono-style tops to comfortable jumpsuits and flowing dresses—all of which caters to the carefree Idaho lifestyle and sensibilities with a stylish approach.

The Perfect Store & Recipe for a Girl's Day Out

“We do two different style socials. The first we do just a regular discounted-style social where everyone gets 15 percent off. The hostess invites her friends and colleagues, and she can bring refreshments of any kind, just not red wine, but we can have any other kind of beverage," Jodie says. "We will usually provide a small appetizer or a breakfast item, depending on what time of day. We tend to host the socials in the morning, an hour before the store opens and go into an hour or two after the store opening. So, for instance, from 9 to 11 a.m. or 9 to 12 a.m. and then we'll do evenings, like 6 to 9 p.m. time frame.”

The socials are held in an open house format so that people can come and go as they please. At the beginning of the party, the staff usually gives a brief overview of the store and the styling options as well as introduce the stylist that will be helping at the social.

“A lot of times there are people who haven't been here before, so the presentation is kind of a way to reach out to those people, but also introduce them to the store and stylists in a way that is fun and lighthearted. It is a party with their girlfriends after all”.

The other kind of style social Evereve offers is in the form of a fundraiser. Instead of the shopper receiving the 15 percent discount, the nonprofit organization receives the percentage proceeds. The recipient can be anything from a sports team to a social cause as long as it is a nonprofit that needs to increase their funding.

No matter which type of shopping social, each person attending has the opportunity to work with a personal stylist or simply pull items on their own. The point is to have fun in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

“The goal at Evereve is that every person receives a little bit of joy when they're in the store. That's about giving joy through fashion and also providing it through the styling experience”
