Cold-pressed juice is created by exerting thousands of pounds of pressure to fruits and vegetables. The process squeezes nutrients from the skin and flesh, producing a very nutrient dense liquid. Not only does this process create a more delicious juice than traditional methods, it is also healthier and stays fresher longer because no heat is used in the process.
Ola Juice Bar specializes in a variety of made-in-house cold press juices, smoothies, and smoothie bowls utilizing whole ingredients. There are two locations in Colorado Springs providing healthy food and drink options.
An Inspired Name
The word “Ola” comes from both Hawaiian and Portuguese heritage. Simplified, the word symbolizes life, health, and livelihood, and is illustrated by the natural movement through water.

Healthy Offerings
The menu is primarily plant-based and also offers vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options. The highly trained staff is available to suggest custom options to cater to special diets. If you’re looking to enhance memory, strength, balance, focus, immunity, and/or restoration, wellness shots can be added to juices and smoothies, as well.
Heartier menu offerings include various gourmet toast options, grilled pesto and cheese sandwich, Mediterranean bowl, and glow soup. All menu items are made in-house with the exception of the bread, which is locally sourced from Provision Bread & Bakery.
“Head Chef Lina Jacqueline combines nutritious ingredients that most people would be surprised by,” says General Manager Sara Schamback. “She has developed a menu with whole, nutritious ingredients and only uses natural sweeteners. She is always creating and tweaking menu items to elevate healthy options.”
In addition, the Garden of the Gods Location also boasts a La Marzocco espresso machine, if you’re looking to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
