It has always been his mission to make a difference; in 2015, he made the switch to organic farming and has since become the only organic farmer in Robertson County. Regenerative farming – a practice centered on nurturing the soil – has become a key value to his way of farming, ensuring that the ground is enriched by the plants growing on it and the animals fertilizing it. By taking this approach, the soil remains alive, active, and full of nutrients - resulting in better food for those who indulge.
