“We alternate kickboxing days with strength training days, featuring guided routines revolving around resistance bands and dumbbells. It’s intense, but we provide it with the expert guidance our members need to get their best results, regardless of age or physical ability. Many come to us with preexisting shoulder, knee and hip issues. They can’t believe how much they can lift once they’re taught proper technique.
