Garage Depth: With Tract Homes the typical garage depth is 20’. With the average Truck or Full Size SUV running 19’+ there leaves little to no room to store something. We have you covered. We design the garage to be 24’ deep, providing ample space for a toolbox, workbench, or anything else that would be stored in the garage.
Outdoor Kitchen Rough: Our included Rough-In would be Hot & Cold Water, Electricity for a mini fridge, pellet smoker or ignitor. A Vent Rough-In and Propane Bib can also be provided as requested.
Structure Integrity: Not to worry Dad, you will sleep easy knowing we use Wire and Fiber in the Slab Concrete. 4,000 PSI Concrete in the Walls when 3,000 is required. 5/8” Roof OSB when 7/16 is required. Open Cell Foam, Trane Variable Speed HVAC Systems & PGT Windows in White, Bronze or Black will keep the home cool and dry.
