Felicity Tchoufa is a multi-talented entrepreneur with many varied interests: she is a certified BANK I.O.S. coach, a keynote speaker, a designer, a community builder, and a networking facilitator. Her entrepreneurial journey began at age seven, inspired by her mother's example of selling goods while working full-time. Today as a diversified entrepreneur she has interests in real estate, hospitality, and fashion.

Felicity’s passion lies in networking and community engagement. Locally she is involved in several initiatives including co-chairing the Women's Networking Group with The Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce and serving as president for the Bethesda Chapter, Women in Networking (WIN). She is also the public relations representative for the McArthur Baker International Consulting Group.

Her influence extends overseas as well, for she is working on bringing a fully-equipped mobile clinic to remote villages in West Cameroon, where she grew up, to provide free screening for metabolic diseases. Other initiatives include the "No Child Missing School" project, which helps parents who cannot afford school supplies and tuition to send their children to school.

As a keynote speaker, Felicity empowers female professionals and women entrepreneurs to shift the focus beyond achievements. She founded The Sheroe Mindshift platform to encourage individuals and companies to take concrete steps toward significance. “We Give” and "I SOW" concept help shifting the focus from Self to Others to WIN and better our communities: www.Felicitytchoufa.com

Felicity is also a designer who founded the Felicity T line, producing handcrafted handbags, shoes, and accessories (www.felicityt.store). In producing her brand Felicity traveled to over 15 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America, immersing herself in diverse styles and artisanal craftsmanship. Through Felicity T she showcases local talent and provides artisans with superior materials and support to improve their working conditions. Products from Felicity T can be purchased online at www.felicityt.store or from LeBonday, the boutique Felicity owns in Rockville.

Felicity values family, community, and service, prioritizing self-care. She credits her husband and her four children as her main sources of inspiration.
