Guy Alan Weinhold, CFP® AAMS® Financial Advisor – Edward Jones

How do you approach understanding what your clients are working toward?
Our clients are family. Everything we do revolves around understanding who our clients really are. We take a deep dive into making sure we know what their goals are and continually learning more about them and how we can help them achieve what’s important to them. We customize plans and strategies for every client using a holistic approach that continues to evolve as changes take place in their lives and in the world around us.

Can you discuss the importance of integrating a client's financial plan with the expertise of their attorney, accountant, and other professionals? It’s imperative! Collaborating with CPA’s, Attorneys, Bankers, Real Estate professionals and Insurance Agents allows us to provide Comprehensive Planning and make sure all aspects of our client’s financial picture are being maximized. Tax loss harvesting and Beneficiary and Estate Plan Reviews are an important part of our process.

How do you ensure that each of your clients receives personalized and comprehensive guidance to meet their financial goals?

With a combined 54-plus years of experience, my team brings a unique set of skills, giving clients confidence, comfort, and assurance. Regular engagement is the key to success, and we are always available for our clients. I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS); Stormy is a Series 7 Registered Branch Associate, and Suzanne is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP). We also have access to world-class resources with Edward Jones.

Kate Mayer, CPRM, Insurance Personal Lines Risk Advisor

What does "peace of mind" mean to you, and how do you communicate this value to your clients?
Peace of mind, to me, means I have done the proper insurance needs evaluation for a client and helped educate them on what they need to protect themselves and their family. As a Certified Personal Risk Manager, I deal with a wide variety of clients. High Net Worth clients need a bit more evaluation time to ensure I have all their items properly covered.

For someone beginning to navigate the world of personal lines insurance, what advice would you offer?
Do some research when choosing your agent. When you match an established insurance agency with a trusted and dedicated insurance agent that you can work well with, it will bring peace of mind. Your agent should be willing to teach you what coverages are and how they may be important to your insurance plan.

Steve Vinklarek - State Farm® Insurance Agent

Could you please share with us your background and the various types of insurance options your agency offers?

As a second-generation State Farm agent, my goal is to protect your family's dreams, along with unexpected life-changing events. Our dedicated team offers a wide range of insurance options, from Auto to Business, Life to Pet, and Homeowners to Renters.

Are there any additional perks for policyholders in Travis County and throughout Texas?

Policyholders can simplify the process of safeguarding what matters most by consolidating their home and auto insurance with us.

Irene Green, SVP, Mortgage Lending

With more than two decades in the mortgage industry, how have you seen the home buying process change?
Many changes occur in the mortgage industry on a regular basis, some better and some more stringent. I recommend a first time homebuyer speak to a mortgage professional early in the process to make certain things are in order to obtain the best financing options available. I always say, buy the house before the new car!

What do you consider the key elements of superior customer service in the mortgage process?
Communication is key for all parties in the transaction. I keep my customers informed throughout the process. I am in touch with my customers weekly, I find that it relieves anxiety to know the next steps and makes for a smooth transaction.

Given the array of homebuying products you offer, can you share how you match clients with the best mortgage options for their situation?
A complete and thorough application allows me to properly match the customer to the best product available for them.

Is there anything else that you would like to share?
Your home purchase is the largest transaction you will make, let a professional guide you to make the wisest decision.

"We feel so blessed to be able to have such great relationships with our clients and make such a positive difference in their lives."
