Benvenuti’s Lobster Frutti Di Mare is made with whole spiny lobster, mussels, clams, shrimp and calamari in a spicy Arrabbiata sauce. Suggested pairings: Rocca Sergio Zingarelli Chianti Classico DOCG or the Lampone (meaning raspberry in Italian), a cocktail made with gin, raspberry liquor and a rosemary-lemon aromatic.

Benvenuti’s pasta is handmade daily in-house from the finest Italian wheat. Pryor’s Pizza Kitchen

Pryor’s Kitchen fall menu includes the Scotty P, made with a BBQ sauce base, crispy pork belly, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella pearls, topped with pickles and their in-house pesto ranch and hot sauce. Suggested pairing: James Dean Old Fashioned, made with Blackland's Maple and Brown Sugar Bourbon, spice cherry bitters, cherry and a slice of orange.

Located in the heart of Selah, a New Urbanism development, Pryor's Pizza Kitchen is just 10 minutes south of downtown Norman. After a temporary closure during the pandemic, this local favorite has quickly regained its reputation for offering coal-fired pizza, mouth-watering wings, gourmet salads and an impressive flair for delivering a good time! Industry’s Stout Braised Tri-Tip is a popular item with the beer-drinking crowd that flocks to Industry. Suggested pairing: the classical old fashioned; after muddling sugar with bitters and water, the bartender adds Maker's Mark bourbon and garnishes it with a little orange zest and a cherry.
