First Look: GMC Yukon AT4

The next-generation 2021 GMC Yukon is enhanced by offering class-leading technology and elevated by engineered capability.

Summer is here, and for many across the country, the open road is calling. What better way to take the whole family on a road trip than in the new, fifth-generation 2021 GMC Yukon? We had a chance to test drive the new-to-the-Yukon AT4 trim and are excited about the places it will take you.

The ATF differs from other trims with large off-road tires, a front skid plate, red tow hooks, and an all-new 4WD system. But don’t let its exterior looks fool you; the roomy and comfortable interior make everyday driving a treat. The driver is treated to a class-leading 15-inch head-up display and nine camera views to increase visibility. With first-in-class available four-corner air suspension and the latest in rear seat media offerings with HDMI/USB ports accessible throughout the cabin, even your passengers will be traveling in style and comfort. The interior is also enormous, with a third-row large enough to comfortably seat three adults when not folded flat for additional cargo space.

So whether driving to visit the grandparents, taking a road trip to a national park, or just going to get groceries, you won’t have to worry about hearing “Are we there yet?” in the new 2021 GMC Yukon.
