Matt Devlin, owner of PMD productions and founder of the Montana Fishing Film Festival, is an independent videographer who works to capture peoples' stories through cinematography, especially those who have found healing through time on the river. He was a fishing guide for years and now spends much of his time passing this tradition from his father to his own son, Noah. Watching Matt handle fish is like watching a mother hold her newborn.
