Katy’s fitness career began in 2010, teaching popular Zumba classes at Mountainside Fitness. Driven by a passion for learning, she has earned over 10 specialty certifications, with yoga, personal training, and teacher training being her top interests. As co-owner of The Body Benefits, she is dedicated to continuing education and providing support to the fitness and mind-body communities in north Phoenix.

MELISSA ROWLAND

Join a fun, high-energy Zumba class with music from Latin, Hip Hop, World, and Pop! Burn calories, feel great, and dance with a supportive group of all ages and fitness levels. Classes are led by Melissa Donovan Rowland, a 6-year ZIN instructor with NYC & LA dance experience. Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9am, Anthem Country Club.

FRANK ANNUNZIATA

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Frank Annunziata discovered his passion for fitness early, lifting for high school football. After serving in the Marine Corps, he settled in Anthem with his family. In April 2023, he and his wife proudly opened F45 Anthem, offering innovative group training to inspire their community to reach their fitness goals.

GREG ROBARGE

Greg Robarge has been an Assistant Golf Professional at Anthem Golf and Country Club for four years. He manages the shop, coordinates events, and in his free time, teaches lessons to help his clients improve their game and enjoy golf. You don’t need to be a member to book a lesson with Greg.
