Lindsay Kate is rooted in wellness. As a certified Yoga teacher, Alignment Coach, and manager of the athletic retailer Lululemon in Cherry Creek, she lives and breathes all things healthy and whole. 

“I am passionate about inspiring others to find their voice while encouraging them to lean into courage over comfort, supporting them in identifying their authentic self,” Kate shares. 

Her values are grounded in empowerment through vulnerability while coaching people towards leadership through movement, writing, and photography. During the current health crisis, Kate was called to shift her approach towards movement specifically, adapting to the changes in lifestyle that the world has undergone. She began teaching virtual Yoga classes and coaching sessions during the pandemic. Promoting the message that our relationship to movement is always evolving, just as we are, and acknowledging our efforts along the journey is crucial to our mental wellness. 

“Sometimes this looks like a morning meditation followed by a cycling class, and sometimes it means meeting myself where I’m at with grace and compassion, sometimes skipping the workout and reading instead,” says Kate. 

Positive intentions are another modality towards wellness that Kate practices. 

“I believe the way you start your morning can have such a profound impact on how you show up for the rest of your day. When we start our mornings with intention, we navigate our days from a different headspace. It changes how we make decisions and respond to things and people.”
