Five Steps to Start Eating Clean:

	Go Nutrient-Dense: Prioritize whole, colorful foods full of vitamins and minerals. If it looks like meat or a vegetable, it’s probably good for you!

	Strive for Five: Fewer, recognizable ingredients are better. 
- 
	Avoid Overly Processed Foods: If it can't be made at home (cheesy-poofs), skip it. 
- 
	Experiment: Try eliminating sugar, gluten, or dairy to see how you feel. 
- 
	Strive for 80/20: Give yourself grace. Be clean 80% of the time and flexible for the rest. 
Clean eating isn’t about perfection; it’s about balance. Fuel your body with real, nourishing foods; you’ll feel better, crave less and reclaim your health.
