Werner’s was established way back in 1951, with Wood’s opening in November 2024.
Owners Laura and Britt Wood said both locations are lifestyle stores, with Werner’s focusing a little more on grilling and Wood’s focusing a little more on fishing.

“There is something for everyone in the whole family!” Laura Wood said. “Our most evergreen products are our shoe selections such as On Cloud and Hoka and grills like Big Green Egg and Recteq, as well as local spices, including The Butcher and Pilleteri's.”
Werner’s Store Manager Mo Spasaro said, “Some of our hottest men's items include Fulton & Roark cologne in the scent Calle Ocho, Groove Life belts, Turtlebox, Sendero Provision Co. hats and Old Row T-shirts.”
Wood echoed that, saying, “Yes, Fulton & Roark cologne, Little River, Sendero Provision Co and Seager hats and Turtlebox.”
