September 3rd- National Baby Back Rib Day. In honor of this, I have brought you a long-standing favorite in multi-generations of Barone households - Frank Barone's Famous Oven Baby Backs! Noone said simple can't be stellar!
Ingredients:
Rack(s) Baby Back Ribs
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Mix all spices together in a bowl
Completely coat all sides of the rib rack
Place rib rack in a non-stick foil-lined sheet pan (or spray some cooking oil on standard foil)
Cook in the oven for 1 hour, flipping every 20 minutes
After 1 hour, lightly brush bbq sauce on all sides of the rib rack
Cook another 15-25 minutes (till your preferred level of "done"- checking every 5-10 minutes to make sure you don't burn them)
