At Pepine Gives, we believe safe, attainable housing is more than a roof overhead—it’s the foundation of a thriving community. As a community development nonprofit, we are dedicated to helping working families, seniors, and veterans move from surviving to thriving through equitable housing and long-term stability.
Our “Ten Homes in Ten Years” initiative, in partnership with Alachua Habitat for Humanity, is making that vision a reality—one build at a time. This year, we’re honored to spotlight the Tensley family. Octivia Tensley, a devoted VA nurse and grandmother, will soon receive the keys to her forever home. After years of caring for others, she and her two grandchildren are receiving a life-changing gift: a place filled with joy, peace, and love.
To support this mission, we’re hosting the 2025 Charity Golf Scramble at the EXCLUSIVE Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club on Monday, December 8. This five-star golf scramble isn’t just a day on the green—it’s an opportunity to network, team-build, and make a tangible impact.
