Morgan’s path to design was shaped by a lifelong passion for home interiors alongside seventeen years of corporate leadership. A Sandusky native with a business degree from Ohio University, Morgan spent nearly two decades gaining project management and operational expertise in Chicago. In 2013, she and her husband returned home to Ohio. After managing a full build in New Albany and executing a massive gut-renovation of a 1980s home in Sandusky, Morgan completed formal interior design education and founded her firm, quickly evolving it into the full-scale, brick-and-mortar powerhouse that is MW Design Studio today. Her deep work ethic and meticulous eye for structural balance laid the foundation for a firm that treats style as an art, a science, and a personal commitment.
