Austin Angels held their Angel Ball in person for the first time since the pandemic and raised $747,000 to go towards providing support for foster families – and they didn’t even do an auction! “A Chance to Rock,” which provides music lessons and instruments to children experiencing foster care, had a fundraising event at Antone's Nightclub that featured a collaborative performance from local A Chance to Rock ambassadors Kathy Valentine of The Go-Go’s and Zach Person and A Center for Child Protection hosted RIDE.DRIVE.GIVE at Cota, their annual charity driving experience supporting Austin children presented by Nyle Maxwell Family of Dealerships.
