Greg Lipman is the chef and co-owner of Piastra. Located in the heart of downtown Marietta, on the Square, the restaurant has been a local favorite for the last nine years. Greg’s wife Maggie has always loved Dalmatians. They found Domino just over two years ago; he was up for adoption in Iowa. On Mother's Day, Maggie drove, all the way to Iowa to pick him up. She drove there and back all in the same weekend! Domino loves playing ball and running. His favorite treats are tomatoes, green beans and fried pork rinds!
