At 6’9” Chef Jordan Keeton is easily seen at his restaurant in the coastal town of Cedar Key, where he and his wife, Shannon own The Restaurants at 83 West. Chef Jordan has always been passionate about food. After culinary school and chef positions in Key West, Chef Jordan decided to move back to Levy County to renovate the former Seabeeeze restaurant. Jordan wanted to infuse the small coastal town with a big change to its culinary scene. With gorgeous views, and a delicious chef-driven menu, dining at 83 West is Cedar Key’s premier waterfront dining destination. The restaurant’s two floors offer two unique dining rooms, perfect for a casual lunch out, weddings and special events.
Chef Jordan is from Bronson, Played D2 basketball, St. Leo University, and graduated culinary school at Johnson and Wales Miami and has owned The Restaurants at 83 West since 2015.
