Pioneering a New Era in Men's Health

A change is underway here in Richmond — and it’s shifting the way men think about health.

At the heart of it is Gameday Men’s Health, with clinics in Short Pump and the newly-opened Midlothian. Led by Moseley-based entrepreneur Zach Miller, Gameday is pioneering a fresh approach to men’s health — cutting-edge science and a human touch that makes every patient feel at home.

A Mission That Hits Home

The mission is personal: help men feel their best, so they can show up fully for the people they love.

“For too long, guys have been left to figure it out on their own,” says Miller. “We’ve created a place where men get answers, real solutions, and feel genuinely cared for.”

It started from a personal realization: Miller and his wife, a career Registered Nurse, saw friends and family struggling with low energy, brain fog, and weight gain — without knowing where to turn.

“We felt that Richmond deserved better,” says Miller. “Gameday gave us the chance to bring the best in men’s health to our hometown.”

A Different Kind of Clinic

From the moment patients enter, it’s clear Gameday isn’t a typical clinic. Leather chairs, flat screens showing sports, and a relaxed, professional vibe welcome every visitor.

“Our clinics don’t feel cold or clinical — they feel like home,” Miller explains.

That philosophy has resonated. In under a year, Gameday RVA has become the highest-rated men’s health clinic in Virginia — a testament to its commitment to quality care and authentic relationships.

Meet the Medical Leadership

At the clinical helm is Kayla Jones, PA-C, Gameday RVA’s Clinic Director.

A Virginia native, Jones grew up in South Hill, attended the University of Virginia, and earned her PA degree from South University in Glen Allen.

“I’m passionate about men’s health because it’s been overlooked for far too long,” says Jones. “Our goal is to create a space where men feel heard, supported, and empowered.”

Jones leads a team focused on hormone optimization, weight loss, performance medicine, and preventive care.

“We tailor everything to the individual — there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to feeling your best,” she emphasizes.

Cutting-Edge Science, Human Approach

Gameday RVA specializes in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), peptide therapy, PRP injections, weight management, and more — grounded in the latest clinical research and strict safety protocols.

Every patient experience starts with in-house lab testing and a personal consultation. Results come back in about 15–20 minutes, allowing for a real-time conversation about tailored treatment options.

“We built Gameday to be a place where guys could finally get clear answers and trusted support,” says Miller.

“Our providers are experts — men’s health isn’t a side offering here, it’s our only focus.”

Redefining the Conversation Around Men’s Health

Both Miller and Jones agree that the conversation around men’s health is changing — and for the better.

“The old ‘tough it out’ mentality is falling away,” says Miller. “Real men take action. And that includes their health.”

Jones adds, “When you get your energy, motivation, and confidence back, it changes everything — not just for you, but for your family, your career, your entire life.”

Gameday is seeing more men prioritize their health earlier in life — fitting perfectly with Richmond’s growing culture of fitness and wellness.

Deep Roots in Richmond

Gameday RVA’s connection to Richmond runs deep.

Outside the clinics, Gameday is partnering with local gyms, trainers, nutritionists, chiropractors, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and doctors to create a full-circle network of support.

“We’re proud to be part of Richmond’s incredible wellness movement,” says Miller. “Groups like Sports Backers are helping make this one of America’s fittest cities, and we’re excited to add our energy to that mission.”

A Personal Mission to Transform Lives

For Miller and Jones, this work is a calling.

“I’ve seen what happens when men put their health on the back burner — and I’ve seen the transformation when they finally get the right support,” he says.

“We’re not just running a clinic. We’re changing lives. That’s what keeps us fired up every day.”

Jones agrees: “It’s about giving men permission to care for themselves — watching them step back into their lives with new energy and purpose.”

The Future is Bright

As momentum builds, Miller and his team are focused on one thing: leading Richmond into a new era of men’s health.

“The future of men’s health starts with building stronger, healthier communities — one guy at a time,” says Miller.

“Richmond deserves the best. And we’re proud to be bringing it home.”

“The future will be more holistic—connecting hormones, nutrition, fitness, and mental health into one picture—it’s a full-circle approach designed with normal guys and real life in mind.”
