Rachel's Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cans green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 can French-fried onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix beans, soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl. Fold in a handful of onions. Spray pan, pour mixture in, and bake 30 minutes or until bubbling around the edges. Top with French-fried onions, then bake for another seven minutes. Take out and let cool for five minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Kelly's Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 8-oz. blocks of cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Black pepper, to taste
- Wheat Thins
Directions
Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, form into a ball, and wrap in cling wrap. Chill at least one hour, ideally overnight. Remove 1 hour before serving. Serve with Wheat Thins or other firm crackers.
