Ryan Bowers and his wife, Ana Christina, own and operate ATHELITE Sports Training Academy. You many recognize Ana as the producer and on-camera host of The Dish and Local Living. Ryan, a former college and pro football player, started his business in 2009 after spending eight years playing football in the NFL, NFL Europe, and the AFL. If he looks familiar, you may have seen him on ABC’s The Bachelorette in 2012. Not long after the show, Ryan met Ana Christina, who was Miss Texas USA and third runner up at Miss USA in 2011. Together, the couple now operates their training program locally. 4FITNESS, their 4PILLAR program based on training, nutrition, accountability, and community, focuses on helping adult clients of all fitness levels achieve faster results. According to Ryan and Ana, “The effectiveness of our program is found in meeting people where they are in their fitness journey and providing them with the direction they need to lose weight, get stronger, and increase their health.”
