Family-owned, family-focused, family values—a winning combo when it comes to people and products. And it’s the backbone of Loveland Flooring Center, a fresh community business with deep roots, and an even deeper commitment.

Locals Sam David and Dennis Davis took over the former Carpet Depot, and in addition to giving this longstanding Loveland staple a new name, they’ve added new products, new features, and a whole new level of service.

“We are in our community for our community,” says Dennis, of his and Sam’s focus on guiding customers on their flooring journey. “We excel at offering friendly, responsive service.”

Talk about a transformation, the duo have made upgrades to both showroom and service, and added all-new products and materials, including collections like Antrim (a hand-loomed wool line by Stanton) and engineered hardwood lines by Hallmark Floors. They’ve even expanded their in-house team—adding Geoff Moores (Sales), and Randi Granat (Accounting/Customer Service).

“Everyone’s needs are different, and we do a great job at helping our customers make selections that fit them best—we make the entire process easy,” Dennis adds. “We’re proud to say we have one of the best installation teams.”

They’ve even added pet-resistant and kid-friendly lines, to stand up to the wear and tear four paws and little feet can have on a home’s flooring.

“With Shaw Floors’ Pet Perfect brand, the yarn has a zero absorption rating, so it’s really hard to stain,” Dennis offers. “Plus it’s covered under warranty from the ‘Three Ps’ ... you can guess what that means for pets. Pet Perfect is all about budget-friendly styles that are attractive and easy to clean—meaning they last longer.”

Prefer the hardwood look and style? LFC has you covered there, too, with both luxury vinyl plank flooring and hardwood.

“Mannington’s Adura LVP is kid and pet-friendly because it’s easy to clean and maintain—it’s also scratch resistant,” says Dennis. “Most LVPs have Microban antimicrobial surface protection infused into the finish to resist bacteria, mildew and mold.”

Hallmark Floors offers engineered hardwood whose top layer is so thick and well made, it can be refinished again and again through its lifetime.

“A lot of people don’t know that hardwood can be stripped down to change its color—you don’t have to tear out the wood to change it to the look you want.”

There’s more—Dennis and Sam expanded their decorative carpet line, for both wall-to-wall installations and custom area rugs and runners. Options that offer the best of today’s desired styles and colors, but many at much lower price than their competitors.

Don’t forget padding, whether you have kids, pets, both, neither—Dennis asserts it’s one of the most important choices a buyer can make.

“We carry padding with a spill guard so no moisture can get through, and antimicrobial padding that is hypoallergenic,” Dennis adds. “Padding is the best way to extend the life of your carpet.”

Need more convincing? Dennis and Sam love letting their clients speak for them.

“I love supporting this company! They were very personable and helpful with carpet selection,” offers G. Johnson. “I love the finished product.”

“True customer service is alive and well,” smiles Matt A. “Dennis responded very quickly to help resolve our problem after a water heater malfunction drenched our carpet and padding. He cared. And acted quickly—within two hours, we were well on the way toward a solution.”

“We’re so thankful for the service we received,” adds Lori C. “Dennis and his team were great—I love our flooring and carpet. Very professionally done!”
