As the mother of three daughters, Lariza understands that shopping for tweens can be a challenge.
“I always struggled finding girl's clothing that was age appropriate and on-trend,” she explains. “Talking with other moms, I learned they had the same frustrations and realized there was a niche that needed filled.”

Spa-Tacular Parties—A Retail Boutique and Spa for Girls
Sit back, relax and enjoy an assortment of spa treatments while celebrating a birthday or a day out with the bestie.
“We are the only all-inclusive kid's spa and party boutique in the area,” says Cherie Smalley, owner of Spa-Tacular Parties. Cherie began offering mobile parties in 2012, then opened the spa in 2017. She caters to girls age 6 and older.
The typical party package includes services and items such as birthday cake mani-pedi, frosted cupcake hand and foot massage, frosted cupcake facial, take-home sugar scrub, a mini cupcake and a custom water bottle.
“In addition to spa birthday parties, we also have periodic events that are open to the public, group events or just a day at the spa,” continues Cherie. “We are a ‘kid's spa for girls’ plus a ‘spa party boutique.’” Clients must make an appointment; no walk-ins will be accepted.
An assortment of gift items is offered as well.
“From unicorn bath bombs and fingernail polish to diaries and charm bracelets, these items make the perfect birthday, Christmas or just ‘I love you’ gifts,” adds Cherie. The store carries Three Cheers for Girls merchandise, Charm It, and Klee Girls Mineral Makeup.
