What inspired you to host a giveaway like this, and why a tankless water heater?
It’s our way of giving back to the community. Something we do every day - installing water heaters - could make someone’s entire year.
Randy’s and Angela’s story resonated with us; they’re veterans, and we’re moved by Angela’s strength through - and recovery from - a critical health ordeal.
The tankless water heater offers lasting performance and endless hot water, whereas a tank heater is limited in both supply and lifespan.
How did it feel to surprise the winners, and what do you hope this gesture communicates about your business?
As the cross on our logo communicates, this business was a gift from God; He blesses us so we can bless others. It doesn’t cost anything to do something good or help someone - just a little bit of time. We’re excited for them to be excited.
Randy and Angela Isaac were thrilled to be the recipients of the tankless water heater and are grateful for the changes this addition has brought to their home.
What made you decide to enter OnGrade’s giveaway, and how did you react when you found out you’d won?
We entered because our water heater is failing and provides a limited supply of hot water. In the 10 years of owning our home, we’ve never had it serviced, nor can we find anyone to service it. We felt beyond blessed to have won the tankless water heater.
What’s been the best part of having your new tankless water heater installed?
We can finally take back-to-back showers without running out of hot water! And because the tankless water heater was installed in the crawlspace, the old water heater closet can now be converted to a storage space.
