Dr. Sandra Vargas

Dr. Sandra Vargas is the owner of North Atlanta Family Dentistry and the founder of  Together We Smile 501(c)3 nonprofit. As a child growing up in Colombia, South America, Sandra empathized with the struggling communities that were not able to get the support needed for the necessities of life and generation after generation lived in extreme poverty. Sandra founded the Together We Smile Charity (Togetherwesmile.org) to make an immediate impact on these communities and realize her dream of service to the people of these communities that Sandra carried with her from childhood. The charity delivers medical treatment, supplies and health education.

Mike Kozel

Mike Kozel, a retired technology executive, has been leading the Toys for Tots/TurningPoint Holiday Golf Tournament at the Echelon Golf Club in Alpharetta for the past 14 years, raising more than $350,000. Save the date! Saturday, December 10, will mark the event's 15th year.

Proceeds from the event support TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation's operations, where Mike serves as vice chair of the board. TurningPoint provides a myriad of critical survivorship services to breast cancer patients of all backgrounds, and never turns away any patient due to an inability to pay due to lack of adequate insurance or financial resources.

Stephanie  Fischer 

Stephanie is passionate about the Georgia ProStart program, a culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students. ProStart is a two-year, industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students. The program reaches approximately 145,000 students in nearly 1,800 schools in all 50 states, Washington, DC, and the Territory of Guam. She is vice president of corporate operations of Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail Dining Division. The Dining Division currently operates in 43 airports with 170 locations and 80-plus concepts/brands in their portfolio. Stephanie joined the board of directors of the Georgia Restaurant Association in 2017. In 2019, Stephanie was elected to the executive committee, and in 2022 is the incoming chairman of the board. Stephanie was named as a Woman of Influence in the Food Industry's 15th Edition by The Griffin Report, March 2020. Stephanie and her husband reside in Roswell.
