Giving Back with Helm Weaver Helm’s Sip & Shop

Patti Helm, Libby Weaver, and Pam Helm make up the dynamic trio behind one of the top ten producing real estate teams in the state, the eponymous Helm Weaver Helm. Founded in 2016, Helm Weaver Helm’s ethos is rooted in professionalism, transparency, and satisfaction.

“The mission behind Helm Weaver Helm is to deliver a professional and enjoyable real estate experience for our clients through our market knowledge and expertise. We achieve this through developing a mutual business partnership to ensure we deliver high levels of service, transparency, and communication to reach our client’s goals,” explains Patti. Additionally, as a women-owned business, Patti, Libby, and Pam are paving the way for future generations of female entrepreneurs. Libby articulates how “women bring a different perspective than men [to real estate]. We are good communicators and have an ability to balance risk and reward. We are good role models for young women and girls.”

If you really want a customized experience when buying or selling a home, look no further than Helm Weaver Helm. A unique business with a unique perspective, Patti, Libby, and Pam truly put their clients first. “We are a team of three women who truly operate as one entity,” urges Patti. “When a buyer/seller hires Helm Weaver Helm, they truly get three brokers for the price of one. We designed our business plan this way to ensure we could provide seamless communication and a high level of customer service.” Libby adds “There are many ‘teams’ in real estate that don’t really operate as a true ‘team’. They are individual agents. We at Helm Weaver Helm are three equal partners.” Pam builds on her partners’ messages, saying, “We believe there is a unique story for every home, and it is our job to inform buyers and buyers brokers of all the positive features that the home has.”

This year Helm Weaver Helm is hosting the 6th annual “Sip & Shop,” an event focused on giving back to the community. Libby expresses, “While we have worked very hard to build our business, we are also very grateful...grateful to our clients and community for believing in us and continuing to support Helm Weaver Helm. It is also our responsibility to help those less fortunate...especially when we are given so much!”

Sip & Shop began as a client appreciation party and has since developed into a celebration of local businesses, the community, and the start of the holiday season. Pam reminisces on the times when the event was originally held in her own home prior to becoming the much-anticipated gathering it is today: “The first few years, we had the event at my home, which was fun and a bit chaotic. We were shocked at the attendance numbers and found that it was almost doubling each year...which is why it was moved last year to Cherry Hills Country Club. The Sip & Shop is such a fun way to help a local charity and see friends and clients in such a festive setting & event!”
