November is commonly associated with the celebration of the things we are most thankful for in our lives. This often leads to self-reflection and the desire to turn passions into action by getting involved and helping others, which is exactly what the Rotary Club of East Montgomery County does for our community.
With over 1.4 million members across the globe, and a shared mission to “provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through fellowship of business, progressional, and community leaders,” Rotary chapters put service above self to drive servant leadership. Through local partnerships, the EMC Rotary Club commits their time to providing meals, disaster relief, and childhood literacy programs to help with challenges in our growing county.
When you think about what you are thankful for this Thanksgiving, find inspiration to make a
difference with the Rotary Club to make lasting changes and better our community.
