Townhome, Sweet Home

Alpharetta's real estate market is hot! Here's what $900,000 looks like.

Here in Alpharetta, residential inventory remains low. While you may not think that's a reason to celebrate, low inventory stabilizes prices, says Sherry Ajluni, Team Leader, Home with Sherry Team, Compass.

For January in Alpharetta, the average list price is up an average of 17% compared to this time last year and just 2% lower than Q4 2022. Days on market have drifted up with the average increasing to 55, 12 days more than Q4 2022. The list-to-close price ratio is relatively stable at 96% compared to 98% in Q4 2022. We asked Sherry to share a current listing (as of press time) and think this townhome is perfect for anyone who loves shopping, dining and hanging out here in Alpharetta.

Enjoy maintenance-free living close to popular entertainment venues, fine dining, and some of the best shopping Alpharetta has to offer. This four-story townhome with an elevator is in beautiful Serenade, located minutes from Avalon, downtown Alpharetta, Fetch dog park, and Ameris Bank Amphitheater. It has a beautifully updated interior and two outdoor living spaces. This gated community is situated in the heart of Alpharetta and zoned for top North Fulton schools.

The home is flexible enough to accommodate any lifestyle. Couples will enjoy the entertaining spaces and proximity to trendy bars and restaurants. Retirees will love the fact that there is an elevator, if stairs are an issue. They’ll also like the space to host family gatherings. Families love it because of the amenities, excellent schools, and plenty of bedrooms for children.

This home is the definition of turnkey. The neutral color palette goes with any décor and the appliances and lighting are on trend.

The main living level of this townhome is at street level, meaning you can enter without climbing a set of stairs, which is unique for a townhome. Lighting throughout the home is upgraded and not builder-grade. And, finally, this townhome has two large decks, also unusual for most townhomes.

The current homeowner installed custom closet systems in nearly all closets and laundry rooms, shutters on all doors and windows for privacy, and added soundproofing around the laundry room to keep things quiet no matter when you need to do laundry.

Walk to Top Golf and Ameris Bank Amphitheater. Shopping and dining at Avalon, North Point Mall area, and downtown Alpharetta are just a 5-minute drive.
