About Dave Goldberg
From an early age Dave loved real estate. Growing up in a suburb of Boston, MA he used to join his Grandpa and Dad on weekends to visit houses they owned to collect rent. They usually stopped by to fix something under the sink and collect an envelope. Dave was always a hands-on learner, listening and watching.
After graduating from American University and later GWU for his master’s degree; Dave set out on his path to grow a property management business. He never fully understood his Dad’s saying, "Make hay when the sun shines," until well after he started earning a management fee for collecting rent from clients.
Founding GGPM in 2011 was part of a larger plan to help others build wealth and retain assets for future gain.
