Graced Space

eliminate and organize so you can live your life to the fullest

Graced Space, owned and ran by Tanna Clark, is dedicated to eliminating anything that prevents you from living your life to the fullest. Tanna is committed to taking time to understand how you want your home to function and feel while working with you to organize what you have and figuring out what will work best for you and your season of life.
Graced Space offers an all-inclusive organizing service, meaning they declutter, sort, organize and style your Space. Tanna's personalized approach means she will introduce systems based on your organizing style and aesthetic, not hers. She will source and shop for products you may need, or use what you have and even go the extra mile and haul off as many donations as can fit in her car after each session. The last thing she wants to do is leave you with anything to make the process more stressful. Can I get an amen?
Tanna’s clients are her favorite part of this business. Everyone has a unique personality, a story to share, and she loves helping people make their homes a true reflection of themselves and the things they love.
As a mama of three kiddos, her most significant advice is teamwork makes the dream work. She sees too many moms trying to do it all and says your kids (and significant others) can and should be helping. Get your kids involved while they are young, so it becomes second nature to them. It takes a whole family to keep the house running smoothly. The work they do will not be perfect while learning, but it will become second nature with practice. She recommends owning cheap, easy-to-replace white dishes so if the kids break one while helping with the chores, there is no crying over broken plates.
As seen on the cover, Tanna's sidekick is a rescue pup named Hope, and she has been a loyal companion for many years. And Since her kids are practically grown, and another baby was no longer on the table, she decided to mix things up a bit and got a Boston Terrier puppy. Bronx is like having a toddler again, except thank goodness this one can't talk back.
Her favorite areas to organize are pantries and kitchens, which ironically seem to be consistent trouble areas for others. She has even created drawer organizers in her own home and painted them to match her front door! "There is something about a splash of color when opening a drawer that makes getting dinner ready more fun. "Tanna says, "Oh, and spice jars neatly labeled all in rows just feels like you are adulting on another level. Or is that just me? haha."
In 2012 Tanna left the organizing business to start a non-profit called Grace and Glory in Haiti. Through this organization, she and her team have had the opportunity to open a school and educate 300 students there.
One of the ways they raise funds here locally is through their fundraiser, The Amazing Race Mt. Juliet. You can also be involved and help support this fantastic mission. You and a team of your closest friends or family hop in your car and race around Mt. Juliet, letting clues lead the way. It has been a beautiful partnership with the local community as many businesses have been clue stops or sponsors. It is all very top secret, so no one figures out where the clue stops are in advance. This year is their 8th annual race.
Unfortunately, Haiti has been in extreme turmoil for a few years plus COVID. They usually bring teams three times a year, but it has been two years since their last group could go. Politically and economically, Haiti has had a hard fight, but spirits remain hopeful. Their students and staff in Haiti are some of the most resilient people, and they are doing their best to keep up with normal school operations to serve the community and their needs.
