Grandpa Paddy’s Coffee
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Irish Whiskey
1/3 ounce Walnut Liqueur
1/3 ounce Angostura Amaro
1/4 ounce Brown Sugar Syrup
6 ounces Hot (or cold) Black Coffee
Top with cinnamon cream and shaved dark chocolate.
Cinnamon Cream Recipe for Topping
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Whisk cream and cinnamon together until thick, pour on top of coffee.
