Pineapple Banana Bowl

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen pineapple

1 frozen banana

1 handful spinach

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey

¼ inch fresh ginger

½ cup coconut water

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons nut butter of choice

1 date

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup almond milk 

2 tablespoons chia seeds
