Planning celebrations for friends and family has always been a passion for Cheryl Hardy. A few years ago during vacation, Cheryl came across the perfect addition to her party planning resources. “We had family and friends coming in throughout the day and we knew we wanted a large charcuterie board to be a centerpiece and a place for people to gather,” says Cheryl. “We came across Graze Craze and they were so accommodating. They asked a lot of questions, and we designed the board we wanted. Then they delivered the most beautiful charcuterie board to us. It was a great experience.”
Cheryl loved the concept so much that she and her husband, Clint, launched Graze Craze in the CSRA in 2025. “I love being a part of people's special moments and charcuterie is a unique way of bringing people together to celebrate life events,” shares Cheryl. “We offer custom charcuterie boards from individual servings to large catered events. They are designed to make every gathering memorable and personable.”
From corporate events and gifts to bridal showers, backyard parties to picnics in the park, Graze Craze offers effortless entertainment that is tailored for each event. Customers can create their own combinations or choose one of a variety of themed boards such as keto, vegetarian, brunch, or Italian subs. Graze Craze also offers wine pairing boards.
“We provide literature for the type of wine you’re using, whether that be red, white, or sweet, and it suggests specific meats and cheeses that go well with that wine,” Cheryl explains. “We also have a premium board that features Manchego, Carmela, and Parmigiano Reggiano that is truly amazing.”
Over the first year of owning Graze Craze, Cheryl has learned so much and has encouragement for other women entrepreneurs. “Chase your dreams, find your passion and go after it,” says Cheryl. “We knew from the beginning that it would be a challenge, especially during the first year, but we took the leap and haven't looked back since. For us, success this year has come from staying true to our core values, which are using best-in-class ingredients, providing concierge level customer service, and adding a personal touch to everything we do. That is what truly brings our mantra, celebrate everything, to life.”
