Grilled Pineapple

A Tropical Twist for your Suburban Summer Cookout

Grilled Pineapple

To give your summer barbecue a breezy feel, put on your best Hawaiian shirt and grill up some fresh pineapple.

1 pineapple cut into rings

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup of melted butter

1-2 tablespoons of cinnamon

1. Peel and cut the pineapple into rings

2. Lay the pineapple rings on a pan

3. Mix the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together

4. Brush the mixture onto the pineapple rings

5. Grill on medium heat - 3 - 4 minutes on each side (take this time to grab whatever Hawaiian lei you have)

6. Spread any excess mixture on top of the pineapple while it grills

7. Ono! (Enjoy!)
