As childhood friends who grew up in Naples, Lauren Wilmering and Kelly Johnson have always been inspired by the light shades of the sand and driftwood on our beaches as well as the dark woods and deep greens of our Everglades.
"We have a very bold yet soft approach to decorating and we are coined as 'sophisticated tomboys' since we work with our hands while walking in heels, hence the name Grizzly Honey," says Lauren. "Our 20-plus combined years working as real estate agents, looking at similar interior home styles over and over drove us to bring our creative sides out into decorating."
The women have worked for companies in the past consulting on designs and have decided to take the leap to start their own business to allow their creative minds to flourish.
Their theme, "Let the Wild In," brings the outdoors in to give you the full experience of living in this tropical paradise that is our hometown.
