Peggy Costella first opened this Roswell spa when she was just 38. And now, with her daughter Ashley joining the business, they continue to wow clients with their dedicated and perfected approach to anti-aging.

We spoke with the mother and daughter to discover their secret to longevity in the business and why commitment to your skincare is essential for anti-aging.
Congrats on 35 years for your business. How did you get your start?
I was working in the fitness area. I was ready to do something else. I heard about the new procedure that was essentially fitness for your face, so I became a licensed aesthetician and opened the spa. My previous education and experience ultimately spilled over into the anti-aging skin care sector.
So, you have always been in the same location?
Yes, I chose Roswell all those years ago because living in Canton, Roswell was the closest thing to a city that I knew. We have loved our location and watching Roswell blossom over the years.
Ashley, did you always know you wanted to join your mom?
When I turned sixteen, I apprenticed at the spa several days a week after school, so I learned from the best. I got my aesthetician's license when I turned 18 and then went to college and spent a few years teaching before I came back home to join mom.
As mother and daughter, how is it working together?
Peggy: I love it. We are so busy with our clients that we don’t see each other enough to get on each other’s nerves.
Ashley: Since we don’t get to talk much during the day, we usually try to catch up in the mornings or after work. I relish these times together because I know mom won’t be around forever. I am so thankful for my mom. She continues to set the perfect example of what a mother, a businesswoman, and an employer should be.
What is your specialty, and are most of your clientele in the Roswell area?
We are both known for our Micro Facial toning treatments. And now, with the added Tripollar Radio Frequency, we work facial muscles and tighten the skin simultaneously.
Ashley: We are completely referral based. Our clients come from all over to see us.
How do you keep clients coming back?
